ULTRA Large Transparent Silicone Scar Sheeting

5″ x 5″ Adhesive Sheet / 3 sheets per box
- Materials/Ingredients: Does not contain active ingredients
- 100% Polydimethylsiloxane (Medical Grade Silicone)
- 3 mil Polycarbonate (liner)
Recommended use / wear – 12 hours daily.
Each scar sheet is self-adherent and reusable – wash in warm, lightly soaped water, dry and reapply.

INDICATIONS

ULTRA Large Transparent Silicone Scar Sheeting

Ultra thin silicone sheeting is indicated for use on new and old scars up to 25 square inches.
Provides a discrete scar treatment in visible locations.
Indicated for keloid, hypertrophic, acne scarring, regardless of age.
May also improve the appearance of stretch marks related to rapid weight gain / loss.
Transparent scar sheeting is suitable for all skin types and pigmentation.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

ULTRA Large Transparent Silicone Scar Sheeting

Tear the paper packet and remove the scar sheet.
Bend the scar sheet to reveal the split in the clear protective liner.
Peel away the protective liner from the adhesive silicone gel.
Apply sheet with adhesive silicone gel side down, directly onto the scar.

For best results, the scar sheet should be worn each day for a minimum of 12 continuous hours.

To Re-use the Scar Sheet

Clean the adhesive side of the scar sheet after use with mild soap and rinse well with clean water. Each sheet can be used for up to 7 days, then discard and replace with a new sheet.
